ARE YOU A FIREFIGHTER RUNNING FOR LOCAL OFFICE? CPF CAN HELP!
While the CPF regularly gets involved in campaigns for state office, we generally leave local races up to our locals. We will get involved, however, if one of our members is running for a local office, such as city council, county supervisor or school board.
To be eligible for endorsement and financial support from the CPF, a firefighter candidate must be a CPF member in good standing of his or her local union, have their local union's endorsement, and have the endorsement from any affected CPF local unions having jurisdiction.
